By engaging the services of Kavana Interior Designs Pvt. Ltd. ("Kavana," "we," "our," or "us"), whether through our website kavanainterio.com, WhatsApp, telephone, or in person, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kavana. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not engage our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice posted on our website.
Kavana Interior provides home interior design and installation services in Bangalore, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to a site visit and formal written quotation. Services begin only after the client has signed a Project Agreement and paid the initial advance as specified in the quotation.
All quotations provided by Kavana are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices may be revised after this period due to changes in material costs.
Estimates provided through our online Price Calculator are indicative only and do not constitute a formal quotation. A formal quotation will be provided after a site visit by our design consultant.
The following are not included in standard quotations unless explicitly stated:
All prices are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, or cheque in favour of "Kavana Interior Designs Pvt. Ltd." Cash payments are not accepted. All payments must be accompanied by a written receipt issued by Kavana.
Kavana commits to delivering projects within the timeline specified in the Project Agreement. Typical timelines:
Timelines commence from the date of receipt of the second milestone payment and availability of a clear, ready site (civil work completed, utilities connected). Delays caused by client-side factors (site not ready, change requests, access issues) will extend timelines proportionally and Kavana shall not be liable for such delays.
Kavana uses only certified, branded materials as specified in the quotation. Material brands (Greenply, Century Ply, Merino, Greenlam, Croma, etc.) may be substituted with equivalent-grade alternatives in case of availability issues, with prior client notification. No downgrade in quality grade will be made without written client consent.
All materials are sourced directly from our Bangalore factory or certified distributors. Third-party supply-only items (chimneys, sinks, appliances) are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty and are not part of Kavana's quality guarantee.
Kavana provides the following workmanship warranties from the date of project handover:
Warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware failure, and delamination under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage due to misuse, water damage from external sources, pests, or modifications made by third parties.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@kavanainterior.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess and respond within 5 working days.
Design changes requested after the Project Agreement is signed may attract additional charges if they involve additional materials, labour, or redesign effort. All change requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by Kavana before implementation.
Cancellation policy:
Kavana reserves the right to cancel or pause a project if site conditions are unsafe, if access is denied, or if payments are not made per the schedule, without prejudice to any amounts already due.
All 3D designs, floor plans, mood boards, and design concepts created by Kavana remain the intellectual property of Kavana until full project payment is received. Upon final payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the designs for the specific project.
Kavana reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use images for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes. Clients may request exclusion from such use in writing before project commencement.
Kavana's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Kavana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through arbitration.
