1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Kavana Interio for interior design services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services including modular kitchen, wardrobe, and full home interior projects.

2. Quotation and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation. Any changes to the agreed scope will be quoted separately before execution.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment schedule is: 30% on project confirmation, 40% on factory dispatch, 25% on installation completion, and 5% on final handover. All payments are due within 3 business days of each milestone.

4. Project Timeline

Timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to client approval of designs, timely payments, and site readiness. Standard timelines: Kitchen 10-15 days, Wardrobe 7-12 days, 2BHK full home 28-35 days, 3BHK 40-55 days.

5. Warranty

Kavana Interio provides a product warranty of 5 years (Standard), 8 years (Premium) or 10 years (Luxury) on all modular products. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to misuse, water leakage, pest infestation, or structural issues.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before design approval: 10% of booking amount retained. Cancellation after design approval but before production: 30% retained. Cancellation after production begins: 50% retained. No refund once installation has commenced.
